I Miss My Dango!

:( Scrapdango is going through a major upgrade right now and is shut down for a couple of days. :( And today was suppposed to be reveal day! :( And I was supposed to post the weekly Design Team challenge today. :( Pooey! So I'm hanging out elsewhere. And hopefully soon my ladies and I will be back together happily chatting with and supporting and challenging each other once again!
Meanwhile, enjoy the last few projects I've done...

First is Noah's 5th birthday party last week. He got a new bike and a new skateboard!



He also got this REALLY cool present from a family friend named Martha. She had all KINDS of stuff in that box! I'm gonna have to remember this next time I have a kid's birthday present to buy!


My daughter was the flower girl at a wedding in 1988 and a friend gave them this poster-size photo of her in her dress. I took a picture of it, turned it sepia, cut all the "stuff" off the sides and used a sketch by Gettin' Sketchy Sketches to create this layout. The sketch was Carrie's May Sketch Challenge on Scrapdango this month. There's glitter all over this LO that doesn't show in the scan so it's much prettier in real life.


This is a bookmark for Molly's 8th birthday earlier this month. One side is the front and the other is the back. This was for a My Sketch World challenge.


And finally, we have a LO about Baxter sleeping. He is soooooo cute when he sleeps! This is another My Sketch World challenge to use mostly green and brown on a layout or card. I used mostly old Scrapdango Spice kits to create this one last night. Enjoy!
