My husband is a self-employed drapery installer. He goes into lots of high-end, expensive condos and houses to install everything from blinds to bedspreads - all custom made and usually all expensive. He had finished his big job this morning and was on his way to deliver a tablecloth when suddenly he was rear-ended by a full-size old model Lincoln Town Car!!! No screeching tires, no skid marks, no nothing. Full-on 45 mph (minimum) WHAMMO! Thankfully everyone is okay. The man who hit him had just had a chemotherapy appointment and was on his way to pick up his girlfriend who'd just had a root canal. Talk about a bad day!
My husband who is usually a "Who needs a doctor I'm a MAN!" kind of person went straight from the accident site to the emergency clinic near our house. He has a mildly sprained neck. They gave him some meds and sent him home.
Personally, I'm just glad he's okay! And the van, though seriously damaged, is still driveable. But look at this damage!!! This is a FULL-SIZED 1/2 ton work van!!!
Thank You Jesus for Your protecting angels!!!

OMG! I am so glad that he is okay. Talk about scary. Thank goodness his guardian angel was with him today. I hope he isn't hurting to bad.
