Recent Layouts

After the July Use Your Stash challenge at Scrapdango I was pretty well scrapped out for awhile! It was worth it though because I WON!!! The prize is a GC to the awesome SD store! But the mojo didn't stay away for long. :) Here's my most recent pages:



- Scraplifted from a LO by Kelly Goree in the August 2008 SB Trends magazine. I saw this LO in the magazine and I KNEW I had to lift it for this picture!! Thanks to Colleen for the awesome chipboard letter!

- My Grandaddy's apple trees. This must be where my love of apples comes from! I know Grandmom and my Mom taught me how to make an awesome apple pie! YUMMY! :)


- The journaling reads "Cars have always been Noah's favorite toy. He wants to be a Nascar driver when he grows up. And every time he goes to the store, he asks for another one! A boy can never have too much of his favorite thing!" I used two sheets of the patterned paper. I cut out the cars and the black parts of the checkered flag and put them on white cardstock. Then I pop-dotted them and put them on top of the other piece of patterned paper.
