It was so easy once I pre-planned a bit! And it was SO much fun too! My BFF Shelley had a birthday last Friday. She loves flowers and butterflies, but has never been to Butterfly World. So I decided to make an acrylic album using my pictures as a birthday gift!!! Once I figured out my format, it took longer to wait for things to dry than to put it all together! I'll be seeing her tomorrow when we'll be scrapping at the LSS so I can't wait to give it to her!
And I also did a two-page layout about my family at Christmas time. It was the first time we'd all been together in several years. And with the Alaska plans, it was probably our last Christmas at this house. So we got everyone a white t-shirt and I snapped pictures until we got one that I liked. :) Thank GOD for digital cameras! Such clowns I have for kids and stepkids! Anyway, I used a sketch from a CK idea book and some new My Mind's Eye papers (which I LOVE!). I really like how it turned out!
Happy Scrapping!
