It's official! My granddaughter, Molly, who will be 8 next month is officially an "over the top" genius! This is according to the person who does the testing for Polk County, Florida. He told her parents that he's NEVER seen anyone with this high a level at ANY school age. She's officially between 145 and 150 with 160 being the highest score on the range.
It's not surprising to me. This is the girl who at the age of FOUR got on Google Earth without an address and found her grandmother's house over an hour's drive away! Turns out that all her little personality quirks that we were all so worried about are normal due to the high IQ. She's just that much smarter than all the rest of us!
So, congrats to Jeff, Julie and Molly! We're very proud of you Molly!

Wow! Very cool! I guess that's going to provide some interesting challenges as well keeping her motivated and interested in learning! Fun!
