"Spring 2009 Design Team Announcement!
I want to thank everyone who applied for the Scrapdango Design Team. Thank you for your interest in Scrapdango and for sharing your beautiful work. We had so many talented ladies apply. These decisions are made with so many different factors being considered. We have a few new faces to add to our Design Team and we have a few designers that will be staying on with us also. I want to say first that I really enjoyed our last Design Team! What a wonderful team and they did some great work and was an enjoyable group of ladies to work with. Thank you for your time and commitment! With this said, I am pleased to announce our new Spring 2009 Design Team..

I'M SOOOOOOO EXCITED!!! For those of you who are not scrapbookers, what does this mean? It means that I have been asked to design layouts, cards and projects with a kit provided by Scrapdango. I will also be designing sketches which will be posted on the forum for other scrapbookers to use to design their own layouts and projects! This is a BIG feather in my scrappy cap and I can hardly wait to get started! It's my first time on a design team and I can still hardly believe it!
Congrats to all the other ladies on the team as well! I'm really looking forward to working with all of you!
Here's the layout I created based on the provided sketch for the design team contest. The picture is of one of my Mom's crocus flowers in her garden that I took when I was up there in March. I just LOVE this picture!
