Awesome Heritage Pictures!

This evening as I was reading my emails I saw one from my long-lost cousin. We found him and his brother when we were planning my parents' 60th anniversary party. Unfortunately we didn't find them in time for them to attend the party, but we have all been able to correspond via email and phone ever since. Isn't the internet AWESOME?! Anyway, Matt sent me these really cool pics he found in his Dad's stuff. Our grandfather was a photographer in WWI and was the Army's official photographer when the Panama Canal and the Washington Monument were being built. But I had no idea that my grandfather had an original picture of Alexander Graham Bell!!! No lie! He signed the back and everything! Here's the proof:

He also sent these really cool pictures! (How considerate of him to even scan the backs for me! Hehe!)

The back of this one says something about a group of pilots completing their first mission.

This apparently was the first plane he flew. Cool!

Wow, wow, wow, Ginni! Those photos are AMAZING! I think I'd title that page "can you hear me now?" LOL Can't wait to see them scrapped! :-)
