Great-Grandma & Me

This is a picture of my Grandson Noah and my Mom in 2004. I had great fun playing with Kreaxions Punch #311  and the FABULOUS Kreaxions Circle Cutter on this page!
Great Grandma & Me R1
Materials – Cardstock – Bazzill; Patterned Paper - My Mind's Eye; Heart Die Cuts – Unknown; 3-D Stickers – K & Co.; Brads, Flowers – Prima; Bling – Queen & Co.; Ink – EK Success Pens
Here's how I created this page:
Great Grandma & MeTutorial 8  Using Stencil A I drew the lines...
Great Grandma & MeTutorial 7  ...and cut the circle with the Kreaxions Circle Cutter.
Great Grandma & MeTutorial 6  My lines weren't long enough to see them past the punch so I used a ruler and lengthened them ...
Great Grandma & MeTutorial 5  Use the little notches on the front of the punch and the drawn lines to line up your punch.
Great Grandma & MeTutorial 4  This is how the punched circle looks after punching all around.
Great Grandma & MeTutorial 3  The corners were punched with Template B ...
Great Grandma & MeTutorial 2   ...and then on either side of the corners with Template A...
Great Grandma & MeTutorial 9   ... and I also punched the border at the bottom using Template A.
Great Grandma & MeTutorial 1  Finally I used Stencil B to cut and punch a separate circle which I matted on the pink cardstock. This created my doily.  Sometimes there's some extra paper between the punched pieces so just use your scissors to cut it away if you want.  Or you could leave the pieces together - whichever you prefer.
I hope you enjoyed this tutorial today!  Remember, that you can win this punch (Kreaxions Punch #311) along with the Kreaxions Circle Cutter and the Kreaxions Star Stencil by following this blog and leaving me a comment!  The more times you comment on my posts this month, the more chances you have to win by random draw! Winner will be announced Thursday, May 1st.  Happy Punching!
