I used Kreaxions Punch #917 with no template to create the borders. I put red ribbon behind the main piece so that it would show up better. The little hearts are cutaway pieces. I used Template C to punch the photo corners then I colored them in.
Here's the other materials I used - MS&M Sketch #63; Cardstock – Bazzill; Patterned Papers, Stickers – My Mind’s Eye; Rhinestones – Queen & Co., Unknown; Pens – Infinity, Sharpie; Letter Stickers - Alphabitties
And the punch is pictured below.

Remember, that you can win this punch along with the Kreaxions Circle Cutter and the Kreaxions Star Stencil ! Here's how - First become a follower of my blog. Next, comment on this post and/or following posts using Kreaxions products and mentioning the contest. It's that simple! I will pick and announce a random drawing winner from those comments on Tuesday, April 1st. If you're outside of the US you will be responsible for extra shipping costs. Sorry but other Just Imagine/Kreaxions DT members are not eligible. And this contest ONLY applies to THIS blog! Other design team members may or may not have their own challenges and/or chances to win. And don't forget the other Kreaxions posts on my blog that feature Kreaxions products this month! The more times you comment, the more chances you have to win by random draw!
Happy Punching and Scrapping!
