A Wee Bit Scrappy

I'm hoping that tomorrow will be a full-blown scrappy day... But every time I've planned that this month it hasn't happened so we'll see... But I have been able to get a FEW pages done. :) I'm participating in My Sketch World's June contests, Scrapdango's LOAD (Layout a Day) contest and Scrapbook Deals 4U's (SD4U) Camp Rock contest. It's fun to challenge myself and create things I would never come up with on my own! Especially when I can combine something from 2 or even all 3 sites in one project! Here's my latest creations...
First is a LO I copied from the Scrapdango newsletter by Kerryn Fry using the June Spice kit. It's Steve and his father in 1957...

This is our pastor and friend Elias. He's SUCH a character and I LOVE the faces he makes! This was for a challenge on SD4U's Camp Rock to do a page called "Forever Young"

This is my online friend Lisa (pictures2pages) and I in Orlando last month. What a JOY it was finally meeting IRL (in real life)!

This is my Mom and my grandson at Christmastime. All of the letters in the title and the reindeer are stamped and cut out.

This is the largest cruise ship in the world and it's docked in Fort Lauderdale! I took this from the airport terminal about 2 miles away...

Some pics of my parents' home...

And last but certainly not least is a LO about a quilt my Aunt Jean made for my Mom. My daughter Michele greatly enjoyed that quilt when we visited at Christmastime! The pinwheel is a challenge from SD4U.
